We ca't say how lovely the owners were to deal with, very friendly and professional. The cars were all very well presented and at no point did we feel pressured. We've had the car a few weeks now and are delighted with it. We will be back again one day!

This is a genuine, long established family business, run with obvious pride and pleasure by its owners. After researching online and finding a car here that ticked all our boxes, we made an appointment to view - to our delight the entire transaction including a test drive and a part-exchange was completed within an hour or so, and we drove home in our beautiful new purchase on the same day! (Very much appreciated as we live some distance away, on the South Coast.) In a lifetime of used-car ownership we have never met such lovely, friendly and efficient sales people as John and Emma. We would recommend their services to anyone in a heartbeat, and wish them every success and every happiness in the future.

Ive been meaning to write a review on here for the last year but never seemed to find the time but now seems an appropriate day. Bought a car from John and Emma a year ago for our daughters 18th. Its just had its mot and passed with no work needed. Its run perfectly for the past year...what a great buy. Brought a fiat 500 from the team at ormond garage. Me and my wife was welcomed and left alone to browse the cars and the lady and gentleman on the sunday was so friendly that made buying the car easier. We popped back the next day to test drive the car and paid deposit... collection was easy and car serviced and mot. I have just bought a car from these guys and I couldn't be happier. I spoke at length to John on the phone and as the car was exactly the spec and price I was looking for I travelled from the west of Cornwall to look. The car was exactly as he described and John and Emma couldn't have given better service or more clear or accurate communication. Just bought my daughter her first car ready for university. Ormonde Garage supplied a cracking little fiesta with very low mileage in nearly new condition. John and Emma were very warm and friendly and very pleasing to deal with, making the experience feel extra special for my daughter and her first car. The service from Ormonde was outstanding. I turned up (pre-covid) having seen a car online and was greeted by Emma. I explained I needed to fit three pushchairs in the boot, so she suggested I try it out! Emma spent ages trying to help me. Nothing was too much hassle, everything was unhurried, they engaged with my toddler and let her use their facilities when she needed to, I was put at complete ease. The car itself is fab, and the process of buying was swift and easy. Emma was also very helpful again when I contacted her for some help/advice about selling another car.

I bought my first car from Ormonde Garage (a local family run business), I was very pleased with the service I received. John and Emma were really friendly, helpful and trustworthy - nothing was too much trouble. They put 12 months MOT on the car for me (although there were still 5 months left) and they said they would sort any advisories that came up before I picked it up. Would 100% recommend this garage to anyone!
